Christian Heritage Academy (CHA) is pleased to announce that First Grade Teacher Mr. Perry Schroeder has been awarded the prestigious Elementary Teacher Lifetime Certification from the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

The ACSI credentialing process is a rigorous standard designed to recognize educators who demonstrate outstanding professional expertise, spiritual leadership, and a deep commitment to the philosophy of Christian education. Reaching this specific certification level is a rare and distinct honor. Mr. Schroeder joins an elite group of former CHA educators who previously achieved this high level of certification: Miss Robin Russell, Mrs. Eileen Swanson, and Mr. Jeff Cook.

"Mr. Schroeder is an exceptional teacher who has a remarkable gift for connecting with his students," said Miss Joan Okamoto, Early Education and Lower School Principal. "They respect him, thrive under his sense of humor, and are inspired to do their best. His calm demeanor, ability to meet individual learning needs, and genuine care for each child are commendable."

This milestone is yet another testament to Mr. Schroeder's unwavering dedication to teaching excellence, including his dynamic instructional strategies and classroom management. In addition to this new ACSI accomplishment, he is also a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT), which represents the highest professional standard in K–12 education, reflecting advanced pedagogy, rigorous assessment, and student impact.

We are incredibly blessed to have educators of this caliber teaching, shepherding, and inspiring our Lower School students every day. Please join us in congratulating Mr. Schroeder on this well-deserved recognition and thanking him for his continued devotion to our students and school!
