Our Commitment to Affordability

While a private education can be a significant financial commitment for families, it makes an eternal impact. To help make our education accessible to as many families as possible, we offer a Variable Rate Tuition with the following:

  • An 11-Month Payment Plan. Distributing tuition costs throughout the year makes it more manageable for your budgeting.
  • Financial Aid. We are committed to assisting families who may need financial support. Details are below.
  • Multi-Child Discount. Families with multiple children enrolled at our school are also eligible for sibling discounts. 
  • Employee Discounts. Generous tuition discounts are available with many of our employment packages. 
  • Special Assistance. Additional need-based assistance may be available from the donor-supported Special Assistance Fund for extenuating circumstances, subject to available funds.

Preschool - $610 – $1,109/month*

We are committed to offering financial aid to families that have demonstrated need in order for their children to attend. Such full-time students in grades K-12 may receive up to 50% off net tuition. In special circumstances, you may qualify for even more through CHA’s Special Assistance Fund, subject to available funds. If other discounts are available to a student, the maximum combination of all financial aid and discounts is up to 73% of a student’s tuition.

Financial Aid Process

Our Financial Aid program is designed to make a CHA education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. CHA uses Clarity Financial Aid to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts. The process is straightforward and should only take about 30 minutes. However, you can save your application and log out at any time and return later to finish it.

Complete the following steps as soon as you can after enrollment opens for the new school year. 

  1. Go to https://app.clarityapp.com/sign-up.

  2. Begin your application and indicate Christian Heritage Academy for your student applicant entry.

  3. Enter your financial information, review your application, and pay the $65 Clarity application fee.

  4. Complete the Clarity Enhanced Tax Verification (ETV) process to release your W2 and personal tax return transcripts from the IRS. You'll be asked to authorize the sharing of your tax transcripts and verify your identity. This is a one-time security measure required by the IRS to protect against identity theft and the compromise of personal information. Clarity offers two options for enhanced tax verification process: “Clarity” and “IRS”. Please reference the Tax Verification Guide to preview the steps of this process. Clarity has found that families who have an IRS.gov account before starting the Clarity Application have a much easier time completing the process.

  5. Submit your Clarity application and follow the link to return to your dashboard. Here you will see any additional supporting documents requested. Your application will not be complete until all the requested information is received.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the financial aid timeline?
  • Beginning in early December, families submit their financial aid application directly through Clarity for the following school year. There is no deadline for the financial aid process, but we recommend applying as early as possible before all aid is dispersed.
  • CHA will begin awarding financial aid in early March on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to re-enrolling families.
  • Families who do not receive financial aid will receive notification from Clarity. In unusual circumstances, families may be able to appeal the decision. See Financial Aid Appeal Process in the FAQ below.
  • Families who receive financial aid have two weeks to confirm acceptance of the award. Acceptance after this deadline is contingent on remaining funds available.
Do I need to apply for financial aid yearly?

Yes, if you want to apply for financial aid, you will need to submit a Clarity application each year as part of our standard financial aid process. Clarity retains your demographic information from previous applications, so it will be even easier to reapply.

Is my information secure with Clarity?

Clarity takes privacy and security of your personal information seriously. Clarity is certified for both GDPR and SOC2 and uses enterprise-level security standards including end-to-end encryption of all personally identifiable information. What is the identity verification process and who needs to do it?

All parents/guardians who are US taxpayers are required to provide tax documents through Clarity’s new IRS integration, and will be prompted to complete the one-time identity verification process. If both parents/guardians in the household file jointly, and only one receives a W2, Clarity does not require the identity verification for the parent/guardian who does not receive a W2.

If the both parents/guardians in the household file their tax returns separately, they will both have to verify their identity. However, it does not have to be completed at the same time. For families following the Clarity pathway, the applying parent can text a link to the second parent/guardian, allowing them to complete verification conveniently from their mobile device. For families following the IRS pathway, the other parent/guardian will need to complete this step when they are able to in order to complete the process.

What is the difference between verifying through Clarity or through the IRS?

Both options will retrieve your tax returns from the IRS, and both require an identity verification step. Families who select the Clarity pathway will sign a tax request form (PDF) that is transmitted to the IRS for a human at the IRS to approve. This process can take 3-5 business days for verification. Families who select the IRS pathway will log into their IRS.gov account to sign and submit the tax authorization electronically. This process leads to verification in less than 24 hours.

What if I have questions about the financial aid application?
