K-12th Grade Grandparents Day

All-School Event Chapel

We have a wonderful afternoon planned especially for GRANDPARENTS of K-12th grade students and are excited to welcome them to campus for Grandparents Day on Wednesday, March 25, from 1:00-3:00 PM!

Note: In lieu of a grandparent, an “adopted” grandparent is welcome, too. Any grandparents who desire assistance for mobility, translation, or other needs can be accompanied by a son, daughter, or friend.

Grandparents will enter through the S-1 door for a welcome and to receive their name tags. Once in the Student Center, they'll enjoy coffee, tea, and light refreshments.

After a brief welcome from our Head of School:

  • Grandparents of K-5th grade students will visit classrooms of their K/LS grandchild(ren).
  • Grandparents of 6th-12th grade students will remain in the Student Center and will be joined by their MS/US grandchild(ren) for some engaging time together hosted by MS/US Principal, Mrs. Yoo.
  • Grandparents with grandchildren in both age groups can choose a classroom visit or to remain in the Student Center to be joined by their MS/US grandchild(ren).

An emailed invitation went out for grandparents for whom we have an email address. Parents can register grandparents to attend if needed. Please register by March 18.
