to the check list and links below that apply for applicants to both of our campuses:

Northfield (Preschool-12th Grade)
Chicago (Preschool -5th Grade)

$125 per student: Kindergarten-12th Grade
$300 per student: International F-1 visa students (all grades)

____  Copy of student’s birth certificate (Preschool, Kindergarten and I-20 applicants only)

Additional Items needed for 1st–12th Grade

____  Copies of three (3) years of report cards (Grades 1-12)

____  Copies of three (3) years standardized test scores (Grades 3-12)
