To help meet the academic needs of high school-aged home schooled students, Christian Heritage Academy offers part-time academic enrollment to interested and capable home school students in 9th-12th grades.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the admission requirements for a Partnership Student at CHA?

  • Apply and be accepted to CHA (available for 9th-12th grades only).
  • Enroll in a minimum of two subjects and be willing/able to pay the stated course fees/tuition.
  • Attend select all-student events during the school year, including:
    • Student retreat (prior to the start of the new school year)
    • Co-leading one Chapel each semester and
    • Co-leading a service project

What is the cost of the Partnership Progam
See the How to Apply for application fee and tuition structure. If the student is enrolled in three classes or less, Program and Activitiy fees will be reduced by 50%. Financial Aid and Scholarships are available to full-time students only.

Are there a minimum number of courses a student must take?
Enrollment for a two-course minimum is required.   

What grade level is a “fit” for the courses offered?
Courses offered at through the Homeschool Partnership program will be oriented toward the high school student. In Math, Science, and Foreign Language multiple curriculum offerings may draw students who range from the 9th – 12th grade academic level.

How will course scheduling work?
Current student enrollment will accommodate a partial day program schedule.  However, there may be instances when classes may not be offered back-to-back.   If a Partnership Student enrolls in multiple courses, which are not offered in consecutive periods, the student would be expected to remain on campus, either enrolled in a contiguous block of courses or a study hall.  Partnership Students should not leave campus and then return.

Will there be a fee for a Partnership Student in a study hall?
No additional fees will apply for Partnership Students who are not in consecutive courses. Rather, study hall may occur in the e-Library or Resource Center, where homework, research, and class preparation may occur.

Can a Partnership Student graduate from CHA?
Only full-time students are eligible to graduate from and participate in graduation related activities at CHA.

What are the expectations for Partnership Students at CHA?
Partnership Students who enroll at CHA are responsible to abide by all standards and requirements including dress, conduct, and attendance as contained in the CHA Parent Student Handbook.
