Space Sharing at CHA

To request a quote for use of CHA facilities, please complete and submit the Space Sharing Request Form.

  • Large dining hall and kitchen facility
    • Seating for up to 300
  • 120-seat chapel
    • Sound system

    • Various sizes suitable for lectures, classes and meetings

CHA Space Sharing Guidelines

  1. CHA shares space with organizations only.
  2. Space sharers must be either a 501(c)3 (federal tax exempt), non-profit organization, or an organization that is established for the benefit of children (e.g. dance recitals, sports groups, etc.)
  3. Space sharers must meet the standards of CHA when it comes to content of programming that will take place on the school's campus. Presenters, performers and attendees must be appropriately dressed; audio and visual presentations must be rated G; and printed materials, lectures, advertisements must also reflect these standards. Political rallies or movies showings are not permitted. Programs and presentations in a language other than English will be monitored for content.
  4. Products sold on the campus must meet the standards of CHA.
  5. Groups of all faiths are welcome to use our space, however, any religious content must be in agreement with CHA's Statement of Faith.
  6. There is no alcohol or smoking allowed on campus.
  7. One time rentals of $500 or less are discouraged.
  8. Groups that are in good financial standing will be considered.
